Terms and Conditions of ticket purchasing

Cancellation & Ticket Transfers

• Cancellations: Allowed up to 45 days prior to the conference, subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
• Ticket Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another participant. However, invoicing details cannot be changed after the invoice has been issued.
• Markus Höfig GbR is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation.

VAT & Invoicing

Conference fees are subject to reverse charge VAT (Article 44 & 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC), meaning no VAT will be charged on invoices for businesses within the EU with a valid VAT number. Please make sure to provide your VAT number upon registration for the reverse charge VAT to kick in.

General Registration Details

Early Bird Ticket (Book & Pay by 30 July)

• Normal: €480
• Student & PhD Candidates: €380

Standard Ticket (Book & Pay after 31 July)

• Normal: €580
• Student & PhD Candidates: €480

Full-Day Excursion – 26 September

• All: €95 (Includes transportation from Athens to Aegina and back, ferry ticket, and tour. Food not included.)

• Authors: To have papers included in the program, registration and payment must be completed by 30 July.
• Registration Fees Include:
  • Access to all conference sessions of 24 & 25 September 2025
  • Conference materials
  • Daily coffee breaks & lunches
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference dinner

Ticket Types

• Student & PhD Candidate: Available for individuals currently enrolled in a university program at any level (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD). Registration is only valid with a university email address, and organizers may request verification if necessary.
• Normal: For academics, researchers, and industry professionals.
• Optional ticket for the 26th of September excursion to Aegina - lunch excluded
